Located overseeing the govt rose garden. Rooms are good spacious and with plenty of sunlight. It has an in-house restaurant that serves delicious food with reasonable price. Parking of vehicle is bit tricky as vehicle are to be parked in upward slope.Service is good, the hotel people attends the calls and resolve the issues outrightly. Overall expect a pleasant and memorable stay here.

We stayed here few days back for a night in a triple bed room. The hotel is right infront of the rose garden. The manager Mr.Hameed was very patient and humble. He was so considerate and kind about my requests. We will definitely suggest this hotel for anyone we know. The rooms were very neat and clean. The helpers were so fast at their work. Overall its a great experience. Its just that it can be a bit hard to reach the hotel as one of the ways to reach is very narrow and steep. Otherwise its awesome.

We stayed here few days back for a night. We booked 3 rooms. The hotel is right infront of the rose garden. The rooms were very neat and clean. The staffs are very responsive. Overall its a great experience. In my POV the room was worth every penny.

We booked 2 adult room stayed at 2 nights. Hotel location is good near by rose park. Rooms : as per our budget room is good. Small small issue like power sockets are not working. Room service: manger and room service peoples are very super and helpfull. I like that manger person he is so kind🤝🏼😊. Restaurant and food : food is little expensive and tasty wise super but quantity wise not ok. We ate restaurant food for 2 days like morning afternoon and night.

OK OK place. Not so great. Avoid if you are goi g with family. Rooms are not great and shabby but the team gave good service and neat beds very hot water was available for that cold weather

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
