Stay was absolutely comfortable. Kamal is a great guy from their team, he’ll make sure everything is ready for you and that your stay is brilliant. Rooms are nice and spacious. Only thing I found is that food is pretty costly.

Amazing location with a picturesque, un obstructed view of the Bhimtal Lake. The room was so spacious and the level of cleanliness was top notch. The staff was extremely courteous and ever ready to help. Specially thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Sandeep for making our stay so comfortable and also to the food manager Mr. Kamal for looking into our meal requirements and for serving us some super delicious food. Would highly recommend this beautiful property to all!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't wait to come back once the expansion is finished and see all the improvements!"

Stumbled upon this property by accident but it turned out to be the best decision. A1 hospitality, spectacular views of the Bhimtal lake and top class amenities in an apartment like private suite which can accommodate a family of four perfectly. Kamal is a great guy who would personally check in with you everyday and would make sure that you’re having a comfortable stay. This is the best property in the locality and is a must visit for everyone.

The hotel has an excellent location, overlooking the lake from an elevation. You can actually see the clouds floating past, nearly at eye level. One moment its a blanket of white outside the balcony, and then it suddenly clears to show the lake in its full glory. The rooms are spacious and clean, with all facilities for a comfortable stay. It was raining frequently during our trip, so we ended up spending quite a bit of time inside. The Staff and Chef were very courteous and went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. They are currently in the process of adding more rooms and facilities - including a new recreation floor, lifts and a bigger restaurant. Once this is done, then we will DEFINITELY like to visit again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
