Rooms were good and clean. Service was good. Staff is very professional. Foods and drinks are bit costly but considering the location and ambience it is worth it. But before ordering something to eat kindly ensure to check for the price of the dish. Lobster is the most costly dish. Kitchen and bar is closed between midnight 12 to morning 9 am. Beachfront Location is perfect and wonderful.. Had a good time with my family.

Fantastic room because of its location where you can spend late night sipping beer and enjoying the beach. Rooms were tidy, AC was perfect, clean bathrooms. Bit of a walk from the parking lot though. Owners, please update the correct location for your parking lot. Food is food and worth the money. But never go for alcohol. It's complete water with a bit of alcohol flavor. Highly recommended for a stay and one of the best locations in South Goa!

Perfect getaway for the weekend and vacation. This property is located just next to the beach and you can conveniently go for a swim without worrying about your luggage. The property has its own restaurant and bar. Reasonable prices are great vibes. Make sure you book in advance during peak season.

The location of the resort is excellent, Beachfront to be precise. However the entry road is a big challenge as it's a mud road and narrow. The rooms are decent and worth the price compared to the base rate for the locality. Food from the in-house restaurant is also good but the service time is way too much. Another major concern from the service standpoint is that barring one or two, many of the waiters only respond to foreigners and don't give much importance to Indians. They reluctantly take the orders after repeated requests. I am not sure if the senior management is aware of this attitude but they should make sure that such disparities don't exist at the ground staff level

We stayed at this last week, and trust me it was a biigg mistake. We liked the photos online so booked the property. It is not a good stay for family with kids especially. The only good part about this place is the Palolem beach access. First of all the road leading to round cube beach stay is very narrow and muddy.The rooms are below average, the air conditioning does not works most of the time. There is a lot of powercut entire afternoon which makes your washroom visit a nightmare experience. We had red ants on our bed but the management had all excuses to justify that. There is no television in the rooms. They play loud music till midnight. If you want a party place better to plan a stay with North Goa beach resorts. The staff is not well trained. There is no cleaning of rooms and washrooms everyday. The food and beverages are over priced. You can take a walk towards the beach from the main road and there are very good food joints fairly priced. There are other nearby resorts which are far better options than this one!! Also they are not much interested in Indians, they cater most to the foreign tourists and you can totally feel the indifferent behaviour.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
