Honestly had such a great experience here!! We booked for 1 night just so we had a place to land, and then thought we’d go somewhere else for the rest of our stay in Palolem because we saw not so great reviews of the place on google, but we ended up staying the whole time here! It was really comfortable, fair and affordable price, the lady (I didn’t get her name) was such a sweet heart, warm and cold showers, air con, clean rooms, balcony and the room itself was quite big! We really liked it. We had one interaction with one of the guys and sure, he’s not the warmest type but we didn’t mind! We just had a quick interaction, exchange of cash and were on our way with the rest of our holiday. It was everything we needed and we really liked it :) The location is on the main strip of town, super convenient for restaurants etc. and a quick walk to the beach, but we didn’t hear any ruckus at night - really sound proof. Thanks for the stay :)

We have booked a room for 15th Jan 2024 the room is ok but the service is not really good we have traveled from telangana state we have booked this near palelom beach for one day night stay there. But the services are not good at all and the rooms also have a little smell but they adjusted but when the water ran out at 2:00 in the night we went and requested for water but they refused and scolded us badly. So you look for some other hotel

Rooms are not clean properly.... Bedsheets and blankets have so many stains... The washroom was very bad, tiles were broken.. One night we found so many ants in the blanket.... There is only one CFL in the whole room .... The light was so deem.... we stayed for 4 nights and every morning there was no water.. we had to call and then they were switched on the water.... They didn't give water bottles everyday... and the wifi was also really bad.. The overall experience was bad...

Stayed last week for one night and had a pathetic experience. This guest house is not situated at the beach. The beach is almost 15 minutes away from this property. There are no shaks or any restaurant or any other in-house service. No hot water. The rooms were clean but not safe. You can't stay with your kids and family. There is no lift. One of the biggest problems is NO PARKING. There is no parking for this hotel and the staff asked to park your vehicle on the small and very busy road in the front of any shop or restaurant which will be a major cause for traffic jams. Or else you have to park your vehicle at Govt paid parking which is near the beach and 15-20 minutes away. Again no safety for your vehicle. Worst experience. Don't go for the pictures on Agoda and any sites. All are fake.

Just an average hotel, rooms below average, location is fine. No proper reception or available staff. Had to struggle for check in and check out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
