We loved every bit. Staffs are friendly and efficient. The whole area is clean and well maintained. You can enjoy the resort even if you don't step out of it the whole time. Pool clean and well maintained. The kids play area is nice with play station and multiple indoor games. Food is great .

Karma palm resort is the best resort to stay for family, friends. It is safe. & Staff is very humble & helpful for new one. There food & hospitality is good. Room is very clean & all the amenities also very good like swimming pool, restaurant, We suggest our friends to stay In Karma group of resort.

Good experience with family. Service is good. Room are clean Food is tasty Swimming pool was amazing.. Especially our kids loved it The Three Monkey's Club is just too good Also there is a Mini Store for shopping in the hotel... Where all things are available We loved the Stay!!!

Amazing Property, facilities and Staff!!! Amazing property and amazing facilities.. But more importantly, the staff has been extremely welcoming and accommodating for all our requirements. You can expect the front office staff to be honest with available rooms for early checkin requests and any other requests you may have for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and hygiene is clearly their top priority. Can't ask for a better experience..

It was nice stay, excellent place to stay with family. Staffs are very supportive, well maintained and very close to the Benaulim beach The property is very well maintained.. Wide varieties of dishes at the breakfast buffet The room cleaning was also done well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
