Overall experience was good but slightly different than expected - less of a quiet getaway in the desert. Nearby attraction of desert safari felt a little more like a theme park with a lot of people riding ATVs, paragliding, riding camels etc. in a very small space with plenty of trash lying around. Accommodation and service was good but entertainment and music was very loud. Music would also start at 7:30am to wake everyone. Food was very good. Tents were cold in the winter month with no heater. Beds were comfortable. No shower, just a wash bucket and tap with cold water.

We visited during the 1st week of November, and had a pleasant stay at camp. The staffs are friendly and the property is quite well maintained. During our stay we had hardly 10 guests, still they have arranged all activities. We enjoyed Camel Ride, Jeep Safari, Parasailing and especially Folk dance, Music which are extraordinary. Evenings and morning experiences in the desert are absolutely overwhelming. We will visit next time also.

It's good on aspects of cleanliness and stay. A little bit more attention to punctuality of events and food taste and quality would make it better. But a nice experience for a first timer like me to stay in desert.

This is the third time in visited this place due to the services provided here......The moment we reached here we all were warmly welcomed with a tika and Dhol music along with welcome drink.The room has a king size bed and other facilities.In the evening they provides entertainment (live folk music n dance .While watching they serve tea and pakora with chutney.Talking about food,it was yum.breakfast and dinner was served with variety of dishes.In breakfast (sweet dalia,upma,poha,bread/butter/jam,paratha with aloo bhaji,tea and cofee).At dinner(rice /chapati with paneer/palak,gatte ki sabji,daal ,disco papa with 4 different types of pickles(mango,lemon,ker sangri,mix).It's worth visiting this place...Do visit this place and experience it yourself....

My wife and I had such a great stay here. The staffing facilities were really great, as well as dinner, and breakfast service! Be sure to take the Astronomy tour in the evening, you won’t regret it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
