An unforgettable experience at Royal Haveli Heritage in Jaipur! The exquisite architecture, attentive staff, and authentic Rajasthani hospitality truly made our stay exceptional. The hotel is very good. The staff is completely cooperative and respectful. The cleanliness and service is also tremendous. After getting all this, I felt that my decision to stay in this hotel was very right.

I contacted the hotel begging for some leniency as I had to cancel my booking due to terminal illness. Somebody called Dinesh Kumar replied to simply refuse a refund. No acknowledgement of my circunstances. No sympathy. No care. Nothing. The worst possible customer service at the worst time in my life. After a further week no contact from any staff member or management despite requests. Disgusting organisation.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff of the hotel were quite friendly, the grounds of the hotel were relaxing and gorgeous, and the breakfasts were delicious, leisurely, and exactly what we wanted.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
