Nice ambience. Lovely view from rooms. Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. We had a toddler with us, whose care was taken very well during dining sessions Mr Chauhan, GM, was always there to take care of all Customers.

Resort is really excellent. Staff is really helpfull and supportive in all sense. Food is excellent no need to look for any option outside. Special thanks to GM sir they help a lot from unknown things from tour and sightseeing prospective including things making ready on time and providing all services. I would say more that you ask. Any time to resort for family and group, couples etc.

The hotel has amazing ambience. The rooms are very clean, the team is very very helpful and cooperative. Our flight got delayed and we couldn't come for Dinner, the team was very cooperative and delivered the food late at night to our respective rooms. The food is amazing and the service is the best. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone who visits Shimla.

I will give 100/100 from my end b'coz I have found this hotel best ever in my life experience. The staff is too good and kind and supportive as well. They gave full assistance to their guest. Specially Mr. Chauhan the GM of Hotel himself is so kind and caring. He took care of all the guests personally. About the food what I say it's the most testy food including dinner and breakfast. Location and the interior of the hotel is so much beautiful. Very much satisfied. Really a good and best experience ever in my life. Thank u so much Royal Jardin Hotel staff for giving such warm feeling as Family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
