Everything about the package we received from Cred was top notch. The property was good, clean and extremely hygienic. The service was very prompt and top notch. The food was lovely. Overall a complete 5 star experience. We visited on weekend and despite the weekend load, there was no shortfall in any service. It was a great family weekend!!

Stay was quite pleasant and the tent was luxurious. I love the private balcony in each tent. Couple of improvement points, firstly the waiters in the restaurant need to ensure the mask properly covering both mouth and nose. Secondly once the powercut we had to inform reception so that generator can be switched on. However the stay and experience was good.

This is ridiculous resort. There was an emergency cancellation requested 2 days before our stay and there was policy that you have to cancel 7 days before. How can someone predict about the health before 7 days to cancel. We even requested for rescheduling it , but they denied. This is very frustrating and I would not recommend anyone to opt for this resort. Congrats and enjoy the 15k of our hard earned money.

Stayed for 2D3N via cred package. Food is blant. They serve same dish everyday for your dinner. Inflated MRP and GST on inflated MRP. They sell one cold drink of MRP ₹25 at ₹100 and then they charge 18% GST on this inflated MRP so total will ₹118 for cold drink. They are not in restaurant business they are in looting business. Staffs are good. Overall average experience wouldn't recommend or go again. Thanks.

Absolutely disgusting service Main door stopper broken, wasn't able to lock door for 10mins while leaving out. Tv remote broken & faulty Food being served stale, surely coz it was included in the package. One should not opt for staying even if opted for free. Stay will end up raising complaints to staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
