Celebrated a family function there… it’s a complete package. Great service, spacious room, excellent food, friendly & cooperative staff. We had kept food with no onion and garlic and all 3 times food quality was superb. Location wise also it’s on main palm beach road, centrally located. Truck terminal is nearby but not a big problem. Our family and friend were really happy with the hotel, service and food. Only drawback is that hotel has 1 small lift which was bit of inconvenience. Other lift is under construction from longtime and should be ready soon. Would definitely recommend this place for family functions.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! 👎🏻🚨 I had an absolutely horrendous time at this hotel! Not only do they have the audacity to prohibit outside food, but the service is a complete disaster. The menu prices are through the roof, and getting someone to take our orders felt like a herculean task. We called 5-7 times just to place an order! When I confronted them about the in-room dining debacle, they shamelessly lied, insisting they hadn't received any calls. I had my friend call right then, and what do you know, the phone rang loud and clear! This so-called 4-star hotel is a joke; I've seen better service at 3-star establishments. And the nerve to tack on a "staff contribution" fee for every little thing! Ordering a bottle of water shouldn't come with a side of extra charges. The staff's rudeness is the cherry on top of this awful experience. Leaky bathrooms and ancient AC units just added insult to injury. Save yourself the trouble – I wouldn't recommend this disaster of a hotel to my worst enemy!

Very very unclean. The bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them. We informed the manager about this and he moved us to a new room where we experienced the same problem. Finally the third room had clean sheets but the floor was so dirty and there were cockroaches in the washroom. Had a horrible experience and would not recommend this place. The rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. This is a 2 star hotel and not 4 star

While we were checking in one of the customers complained about the room stinking, I did request the hotel to put us in the room with no issues as me and my mother were very tired after the travel.. and we had a flight to take the next day, so we really needed good rest. The hotel room was fuming with pesticides and there was mold in the bathroom. The property was overall dirty. We had checked in past midnight, since I also had my senior mother with me, we stretched to stay until morning. The hotel staff was aware about the pest control completed on that floor, and yet were allocating the rooms by spraying room freshner. They were ok to risk the customer inhale dangerous fumes.

Went for dinner. It was Buffett we had chosen and the veg food was good. All the dishes were very tasty. Just the dessert quantity to be increased as there was only one dessert.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
