Rooms were spacious but water was leaking from the AC, just in front of the gate, we had to get it clean because our baby would slip on the water. Food was good. Pool facilities were terrible!!! They have a policy that no one can enjoy the pool after 5.30 p.m!!! And only people wearing NYLON CLOTHES are allowed inside. Everything was fine, until the time when the guard got into a rude fight with my husband and his team, behaving very rudely. What he could've told politely turned into a catfight! And during the fight, he told that the water in the pool was 3 month old!!!!!! They don't even bother cleaning the water regularly. If you're conscious about hygiene, please avoid the pool!

The behaviour of all the staff is very rude and intolerant. We were harassed by the manager for the key which was accidentally lost. We were willing to pay the fine but the manager talked to us very rudely and after a long argument he unlocked the room with a spare key. I will never suggest anyone to stay in this hotel.

I went here for dinner at the restaurant. So, No idea about the rooms. The food was just above average, but not satisfying enough. The things which took them down is the service. The staff is inexperienced. They don't have common sense in terms of restaurant and client management. They don't have any sense when a starter, or main course or a part is to be served. Basic ethics like cleaning table in between, providing water, such things are missing. They really need to revise their staff or train the existing ones. Facilities are a 👎. The outside faucets weren't working and we had to go inside just to wash hands. Simple advise to the team. Improve your staff or train them, teach them basic ethics, at least! Or you are going down.

This hotel I would say is a mixed bag. It looks good, has elevators, central ACs and a swimming pool and restaurant. The rooms are good, but this hotel needs to develop a lot on many areas. Half of the taps and shower doesn't work in the washroom, and I have seen gutkha stain inside the lift. The AC is centralised and it chills the room like Iceland. The pool has a roof on the top, which blocks the sunlight and the photos come out bluish. About the restaurant, the food is overpriced but good in quality, but the service is too bad and you have to order much before if you want food timely. Overall, good for a 2-day stay. But there are far better hotels around.

Management was really bad I lost my room keys and they charged me 2500. Their behaviour was very unprofessional I don't recommend this hotel at all. The swimming pool staff misbehaved with my family the hotel management should look into this matter 2/10 experience

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
