The main thing about this hotel is its location, everything else is tolerable. The rooms are decent, nothing fancy, very basic. The air conditioner was really noisy when it was on, and the power goes off now and then. The food in the restaurant is average, no major complaints there. But the sea is just steps away, and the sunsets, that's probably the best part. There's a small parking area for cars. It's just a spot on the street among palm trees and trash, but hey, it's something.

This place is one of my favourites on my favourite Beach! The best they offer is their location. Beach touch property with a beach view restaurant. Rooms, I would say good, no Major complaints but not the best. But still this place wins my heart on every visit. Verdict: A Must go place.

We went there with family, kids and friends for dinner. The food was below average in taste. In the name of fish rawa fry they gave few thinnest slices of king fish coated with thick batter of rawa and charged like a pomfret Don’t get fooled like me with the good reviews.🤦🏻‍♂️ Better to avoid.

Tried many dishes at the restaurant, and all of them turned out to be really good. The Chicken Grilled burger, Kings prawn rava fry and White sauce pasta were too delicious. The staff is courteous.

Did not what was shown on the pictures - check out - had to pay (the much too high for what you get) price. Don’t do it. Rooms feel like a prison cell, no mosquito net at the windows. Weird decoration all over property

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
