The front desk staff provided exceptional assistance, exhibiting a pleasant and soft-spoken approach with clients. The entire staff was outstanding, and the room stood out for its cleanliness, hygiene, and spaciousness. The hotel's close proximity to key city tour points was a notable advantage. Our stay from December 9 to 11 was fantastic, with the food being of excellent quality. If you're in Shimla, a visit to this place is highly recommended. I trust this review proves beneficial. Our week-long stay felt like a home away from home, thanks to the staff treating us like family. A heartfelt thanks to everyone for their remarkable hospitality. Kudos to all of you.

Nestled between spruce trees and narrow mountain roads, the hotel looks upon one of the valleys flanking Shimla. The rooms themselves were more than adequate considering the geography, although they were slightly troubled by missing toiletries and services. Talking about service, the staff were polite and quick to address the aforementioned issues when informed. The food provided for the three meals was also quite good, but people who enjoy a bit more spice and zing might be left asking for more. To conclude, the hotel is well suited for leisure and vacations and the view from some of the rooms might make up well enough for the few shortcomings you may find.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days. Pros - The hotel has parking, restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner food menu. The staff was very helpful, professional and polite. The rooms are cozy and comfortable with temperature control options. Two cons - Location is far from the Shimla ridge and Mall road, you need to walk. The room which we stayed has smell coming from the washroom.

The front desk staff was very helpful.. Nice and soft spoken with their clients.. staff was amazing.. Very clean hygienic and spacious room.. Most of the city tour points are close by. We have stayed at this hotel on December 9 to 11 and the food was very good. If you are in shimla must visit this place... I hope this review will help you.

Had a wonderful experience staying at royal retreat. It was a short stay but we were overwhelmed by the warmth and swiftness of the service and the hospitality of the entire staff. Highly recommend for families and couples. PS- the food was amazing too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
