I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel in Hyderabad! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming. They did allow me early check in but didn’t give me city view room. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated. The amenities were top-notch, and the in-room dining was delicious. But they didn’t allow outside food and drink to room. Moreover, They give just 2 drinking water bottles only. Extra bottles are chargeable. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city's attractions. I can't praise this hotel enough for its service and overall experience.

Average! but i recommend it for non-family Travellers with 3star service. Reception - The hotel is like 3star - be ready to pay additional money during check-in even if you booked large size room. I was charged 1200 for additional kid, its fine, but i was expecting a Bed with mattress but they provided a dirty mattress which they roll it on the floor. Kitchen - Requested for 1 Food Plate Response with rude voice "PLATE ONLY IF YOU BUY FOOD FROM US" They don't provide food plate for outside food and expecting to order it from their kitchen without having kid friendly menu. Breakfast - No Coffee in buffet, 1st time i hear we need to prepare the coffee on our own with help of the Bru Sachet on the table. And i don't know why no smile on the supporting staffs there. And when buffet is full, asking us to sit inside BAR and have food. Housekeeping - No Monitoring that each room is daily cleaned. For two night stays, No room cleaning done on second day after mentioning explicitly. ROOM - Hair dryer not working. And after too many follow-ups, we got the IRON kit. Travel Desk - Ramoji film city ticket price is costlier here. Only BAR is fast service and staff at Portico are nice.

The whole property is nice and spacious. Great for solo travelers. The hosts were nice and took care of everything. I was pleasantly surprised by the peaceful setting just 2 minutes away from the main market street. Its conveniently situated close enough to the shops and cafes but equally hidden from all the chaos. Dorm and bathroom is also clean. Loved the vibe and the game room. overall it's a cool place for solo travellers and a grp of friends.

Hotel was good. Room was neat and clean. We were allowed for early checkin. All the staff were nice and well behaved. But the manager was illiterate and didn’t know how to behave. He misbehaved with a senior citizen and a doctor for making coffee in the room kettle which got spilled over the table and he charged for it which I had to pay.This was my 3rd stay in this hotel and the manager said me not to visit this hotel again. Only because of this hotel manager the review of the hotel is poor. Rest the stay and the ambience was great.Being a 4⭐️ hotel they should hire a responsible manager not a cheap one. I would like to request the Owner to take immediate action on him. Thank You 😊

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
