Simple pathetic hotel . Even it’s your business trip or leisure please don’t ever book your rooms here . Zero hygiene standards staff are rude no senior person available at morning time . After complaining hell lot of times they came to attend the issues . They charge a huge amount but services are like local hotel . Not at all recommended for family stay. The one who don’t care about hygiene can stay here else cannot. Rooms not wiped properly beddings are dirty not washed . Pillows are smelling badly . Had a really bad expericen

We wanted to book a hotel near Rajodi Beach (in the Vasai-Virar belt) where we were participating in a Swim event.. The reviews of almost all the hotels near the beachside were not good.. Discovered this hotel (15kms away from the beachside) thru MakeMyTrip.. and saw the mostly positive reviews.. Since we were going with family, wanted a good hotel for overnight stay and booked 2 executive rooms. We had a really wonderful experience across both stay and also the food at the Shiv Sagar hotel below.. The best part was that the staff were kind enough to allow us for a late checkout even though we informed them quite late.. The location (6kms from Railway Station), interiors of the hotel, hygiene, linen, amenities in the room and the staff courtesy was very good.. Possibly the best option for those visiting the Nalasopara area..

It was an amazing stay, staff was very polite, no disturbances, Mr. Love Kumar at the front desk is very helpful, very welcoming , all over a great great experience, I will definitely visit this place soon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
