        This is second time I visited with family. During my first visit, I thought it could be a rare instance. But today, along with me few other customers were yelling at the staff for the pathetic service. 1. Extremely sluggish service 2. Ask anything and the guys see in confusion, slow reaction. 3. We were waiting for a table for 10 min- some left .. the staff does not feel responsible to properly clean the table until we ask.. cleaned for the sake of it. 4. No one comes to take the order.. when asked again for the same, slow response... 5. Food is okay .. less quantity for the price.. 6. Chutney was part of the dish, but missed and only given upon asking... WILL NEVER GO AGAIN! First time is a mistake, if it repeats then, its a habit of arrogance.

        It has lost its charm. Wasn't like earlier. Team doesn't have the spirit to work and their attitude is at its peak. It's only we who are thinking about old dwarka and visiting this. Even staff doesn't have that spirit.

        SHAME ON YOU FOR TREATING PAYING CUSTOMERS FEEL WORTHLESS. YOU BETTER FIX YOUR SERVICE AND TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT, Or SHUT DOWN BECAUSE THIS LEVEL OF SERVICE IS AN EMBARRASSMENT. We visited the restaurant in the morning today for breakfast and we ordered something..we were made to wait for half an hour with no attention and we were neglected and made feel.undervalued.The service is biased here, the people who seemed little rich in appearance got served first though we arrived first,sadly we left that place.its beyond disappointing; its a disgrace

        Old but neatly maintained hotel. Food is not so great however the serving style & ambience of the restaurant is good. I had their signature vegetarian thali, which was looking good but not so good in terms of taste. Also this is limited thali, which was not mentioned anywhere. The staff at the restaurant is so fast, quick & supportive. You can try this hotel for one time as a change and should try the ala carte menu instead of set thali.

        Visited Dwaraka A/C Veg Restaurant for dinner twice. First day service and food both was fine. Because of the good experience on the first day, I went there again next day. But next day service experience was very poor. It seems that they don't value the repetitive customers. Not going to recommend this place to anyone.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
