Stayed for one night and experienced rude staff. My room keys dint open the room due to some battery issue in automated doors. I asked the receptionist whole going out to check the issue, came back after an hour to know that receptionist dint even check what had happened. Finally had to wait another 30 mins outside my room door to be heard and get the issue resolved while supervising it. Hilariously, when I asked the receptionist as to why he did not check what had happened earlier. He said " No Problem". Breakfast experience was equally bad. There was limited spread. On requesting one dosa, o was told "no staff, will take time". Why do u guys open ur breakfast buffet at ,7:45 without any staff

Great stay at T. Nagar in a prime location and not very far from Chennai airport. The manager and the service persons were really helpful and very accommodating. Rooms are clean and the in-house restaurant/bar is top notch. They also have complimentary breakfast which is great.

Amazing stay in this hotel. Large beautiful and clean guestrooms, top service. The buffet restaurant both for breakfast and dinner was great ! Ideal location closed T nagar. Chennai. We spent two nights here on business and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some other business centers in the city. excellent and surprisingly comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a family trip.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, the hospitality was disappointing. Despite their staff trying to project a five-star image, there were issues, like charging Rs. 63 for a 20-rupee Aquafina bottle, and the response to queries was rude. The only positive aspect was the hotel reception area. However, the rooms were subpar, with unclean beds and bedspreads, along with a foul-smelling bathroom. Despite being assured of a non-smoking room, there was a persistent smoking smell. We paid 6k during the rain, and the food experience was also problematic, with a two-hour wait for the very old chicken which created stomach ache. It's disheartening to have such experiences, and it's essential to be transparent for the benefit of future guests.

My family stayed here for sometime. Its hospitality services is extremely world class and staff here is also providing excellent services. Food cuisine is also of different varieties. Hotel is couple friendly and It also has a wide area lawn for children’s to enjoy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
