        Extremely unprofessional host. We had booked the villa 5 days in advance, along with the advance payment in full and received a booking confirmation as well - and the host cancelled the booking the night prior to when we were to check-in, with the reason of a “technical error”. We had our entire trip for a group of 12 planned out, and were looking forward to our weekend trip to Lonavala - but instead we were frantically looking for alternatives the previous night, as we had made other bookings and reservations in the area that were at stake. However pretty the villa might be and the amenities they provide, being so unprofessional and inconsiderate makes it all null and void. Would not recommend this villa. You rather book a less luxurious villa - and get a more professional host who actually values their guests.

        We had booked this bungalow 15 days in advance for a group of 14 people, kids & adults. It was during 15th August holiday. Marvelous stays had done our booking. Inspite of paying in advance & receiving a confirmation for the booking, on 14th evening we get to know our booking is cancelled. Ideally we should have been packing , kids super excited, however we were suprised of the turn of events. If you read previous reviews, you will realise this is a regular trend with this property. If this is an issue please don't list this property on portals for booking. It has caused us so much of inconvenience last minute, no reason given for cancellation ( it's a regular practice). Luckily we had some contacts through which we were able to get a beautiful bungalow in lonavla last minute & could proceed with our plan. Orelese we would have to cancel our plan. Highly unreliable to be dealing with such hospitality company. Bad experience.

        Very unpleasant experience. We booked the villa days in advance with 100% payment and he canceled one night before due to a “technical issue”. Would not recommend this villa irrespective of how beautiful it looks. Very unprofessional host.

        Disastrous Experience: Last-Minute Odeon Cancellation I recently had an absolutely horrendous experience with Odeon in Lonavala. Despite booking well in advance and being excited for our trip, our plans were completely ruined when they canceled our reservation just one night before our scheduled stay. Needless to say, this left us scrambling to find an alternative accommodation at the last moment, which added unnecessary stress to our already planned vacation. To make matters worse, the cancellation was communicated to us in the most unprofessional and impersonal manner possible. We didn't even receive a proper message notifying us of the cancellation due to alleged "technical issues." Instead, we discovered the cancellation when we noticed a refund on our GPay account. It is utterly disappointing that Odeon’s host didn't have the decency to inform us directly, especially considering we had already made preparations and were eagerly looking forward to our stay. The lack of communication and the abrupt cancellation threw us into a state of panic. Instead of enjoying a peaceful night's sleep and eagerly anticipating our journey the following day, we were frantically searching for an alternative villa mere hours before we were set to leave for Lonavala. This unexpected turn of events significantly impacted our entire trip and left us feeling frustrated and let down. The primary purpose of making a reservation in advance is to secure a place to stay and to eliminate any uncertainties. However, the host’s cancellation, without providing a proper explanation or any prior notice, clearly demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism and consideration for their customers. I strongly advise against relying on this villa in Lonavala for your accommodations. Their careless and unprofessional behavior has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth, and I would hate for anyone else to experience the same disappointment and inconvenience that we did. Look elsewhere for reliable and trustworthy accommodation options in Lonavala to ensure a smooth and stress-free vacation.

        Perfect family gateway. Clean rooms, brilliant outdoor space and lovely pool area. We really enjoyed our stay. Service was topnotch. Food was superb. Only point to note was TV not working...not that we missed it much.
