Property from inside is just amazing. There is no view from the property It looks like we are staying in between a jungle. Caretakers here are good

If we can only give zero star. I have never had such bad service . The electricity kept blasting and burning all through the house with more than half of their stuffs burnt and all our chargers with over 15-20k fried completely . But the worst part was 3 of us experienced electric shock fortunately it was not our 2 kids of 4&7 yrs . All the came back and said is this happens . Even the house helps are frustrated with them as they are scared of their safety . If you want a safe trip please think before booking .

It was disappointing. The place is small, more like 2 and a half rooms. The stairs are very steep and an accident waiting to happen. Badly maintained, with doors and cabinets falling off, old and rough linens and musty smelling rooms. The caretakers were sweet but not eager to please. Food cooked was tasty, but non veg basically means chicken, refusal to source sea food. To pay massive amounts for a non veg meal per person per day and not receive options was again sad. Nice views though. We basically just sat outdoors to make ourselves feel better.

Visited the property during Rainy season and the property was nothing less than a bliss. Admist the greenery away from the city chaos it was a perfect weekend getaway. The meals prepared by the cook was healthy and homely. Its a must visit.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
