The place is fine but they've caged a dog on the premises .. It was extremely sad to see him in it .. He was frustrated and constantly barked to let him out. This is not how you keep pets. You don't want one roaming around and probably scaring a few people who are petrified of dogs, I get that. Do not have a pet then. Caging an animal ..especially a stray dog (who could've roamed the streets FREELY) isn't the damn solution AT ALL. EVER!! To top that, he was also chained in the cage. Didn't look like he was being fed well either. Y'all need to free him/ send him away .. y'all clearly do not deserve pets.

Aquamarina - advertised as premium stay with perfect photos (surely edited using best photo editing apps) to lure you into thinking you are visiting one of the best properties for the given price. But reality strikes when you reach the property. Old worn out furniture, unclean swimming pool, stuffy smelling rooms due to being closed for many days… a worn out villa in general with much needed love and care.. Our much anticipated wknd stay started on a bad note. ..Upstairs verandah has old furniture you would think twice before sitting and using it and similarly in downstairs verandah or even garden. Imagine access to beach is also through a small way made for adjacent property not by aquamarina… We had to request for the swimming pool to be cleaned on priority as that was one of the main reasons for selecting the property for our kids to have fun. So first 30 mins of reaching site you are busy on calls with saffron-stays to get even the basics correct. They have 3 cottages and we were told 2 would be closed.. mind it told closed not informed about carpenters working on site in these 2 cottages. People book private villa for privacy and from safety point of view, we could never let our kids venture there alone so the 1 allocated cottage was only paid but rarely used by us Caretaker is not full time onsite (again not informed) so you have to wait in morning till 8-8.30 am or in evening till 5-5.30 for someone to come serve your basic tea. Saffronstays should make these points clear. Rather than those multiple Whatsapp messages hoping our stay is good we would have preferred no messages but true picture of the property and efforts by saffronstays to get property ready, aired out rooms, clean swimming pool before we reached and not after we alerting them. Shailesh, his wife, maushi tried best with food and other hospitality so we have no complaints with them. We believe they did as per their limited capacity and instructions given to them Not sure this feedback will end up on site for future customers but truly disappointed with Saffronstays. Stop fooling around with people’s hard-earned money. Having lived at multiple properties in past through airbnb and other companies and so this was definitely a bitter experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
