Two things that worked were the hospitality and location! The other 3 things that were a deal breaker were the size of room, hygiene and food. We were really disappointed with the size of the room. We had booked Vedavathi, (that was the only room available) and the pictures of which were quite deceiving from the reality. Somehow, they managed to make the rooms airy and huge in the pictures but that was not the case. Other rooms at the property might be bigger but again, I am sharing my experience here. There was hardly any space to walk once our luggage was laid out on the groud. No desk space or cupboard space. It almost felt like we were living in a pigeon hole. The room was clearly not worth the price. Coming to hygiene, everyday after numerous requests the rooms used to get cleaned and again that was just a sham. The cleaning lady used to just put lots.of water in the washroom and leave it dripping wet and smelling awful. The kitchen was as well not in the best of shape when it came to cleanliness and hygiene. The people were really sweet and polite, and I think did the best they could to make us feel welcomed. Food was simple and fine, there could be more options I felt. My review here is just a feedback, hope they only improve from here.

We stayed here for a family vacation and had the most beautiful time. Staff members Kumar, Manoj and Ravi were extremely courteous and went out of their way to help. The property has gorgeous spots to hangout in hours of sunrise and sunset. All the meals we had were delicious. We could not stop having their masala chai and filter coffee. Rooms were well furnished and very well maintained. The only thing we struggled with was some dampness in one of our rooms. Apart from that, everything was wonderful! Would definitely go back again.

Beautiful property and we'll maintained in the lap of nature. Food is excellent, we complimented them specially for the morning breakfast. The whole team works as one . One of the high lights was the boat ride to see the morning Sun rise.

Despite the picturesque setting, my Saffronstay experience was marred by a booking oversight. They confirmed a booking for two guests on the same day without prior notice. Upon arrival, I found our confirmed room already occupied. The management's response was disappointing, and an unprofessional manager worsened the situation. We had to scramble for alternative accommodation on a long weekend until 10 pm, creating an unpleasant experience heightened by the manager's irresponsible behavior and lack of communication. I would have selected every option in a hypothetical dropdown for disappointment and irresponsibility. Our initial experience with SaffronStay Suvarna Sangaa was disappointing, leading to a lack of enjoyment during our trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
