Great location and property, fabulous infinity pool. All the staff is excellent and welcoming. The food is great too. Amazing experience while we stayed for 5 nights!

Resort location is superb. I went for 2 nights i. e on 25th & 26th December. Resort was totally pack. Food was ok. Passage area beside lobby was shabby. Management was not able to handle the year end rush, many complaint delay in dinner order. They serve food in open lawn which is good. Overall I would rate 3/5.

If you are expecting a good food then please do not visit here. 3rd class food quality. Fish and other other non veg dish are below average. Staff are really good and also well room hygiene maintain. Food quality is very serious concern to improve or very soon they have to close this resort bcoz of their faltu cooks.

We stayed 2 nights 26 & 27 Dec 2023. Location of this property is very good. Its bang on the beach and you can reach the beach by 2 mins walking. But this part of the beach is not the best in Dapoli. It does not have any water sports or activities but its secluded with very less crowd and you can enjoy without any issues. Other beaches are nearby like 5-10 mins drive. Property is well maintained and one of the best in Dapoli. Most of the rooms have sea facing balcony from where you can enjoy unhindered sea view and if you are lucky you can also spot dolphins (distant view) right from your balcony. Property also has a good pool (infinity?) from where you can enjoy sea view as well. Other amenities - Parking for around 15 cars, Power backup, Lift (7am to 11pm), Wifi, Room service, Restaurant ( you have to order 2 hrs in advance). Rooms - Balcony for most of the rooms but not for mountain view rooms, Towels, handwash, soaps, Ac, Tv, cupboard, electric kettle, chairs and teapoy, hot water (limited) in bathroom etc. Rooms were clean and hygiene maintained. Restaurant - Serves veg and non veg as per prior order. Kitchen deserves a lot of improvement as kitchen staff is not up to the mark. Better to have meals outside. But kitchen staff is supportive and humble. Overall staff is supportive as per Konkan/Dapoli standards. Dont expect top grade service. Some issues I faced 1. On 2nd day there was no water in bathroom from 9 am to 1 pm, wasting most of the day. This was clearly staff mismanagement. 2. No glass provided in room for drinking water even after requesting for it. 3. Was expecting atleast a small plastic stool in bathroom for taking bath but was not provided Better to book by calling on direct number than online.

Overall 2.5 rating! Property: 4 (Nice prop with big enough rooms with big balconies; wifi; infinity pool; TT; carrom; small pool table would be more enjoyable) Location: 5 (right at the beach; mobile network issue from all operators except Jio; maybe some more efforts required to get the patch of approach road rebuild by local PWD) Cleanliness: 1 (very poor esp. in the bathrooms, used-like bed linen) Behavior: Not so courteous by most of staff Food: Very nice, the service and availability of items can be improved though. Overall okay hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
