I was very unhappy about my stay, all thou i was very excited and was looking forward to stay in it Before. Some how they manage to disappoint me so well that i will never recommend anyone for solo, I guess it will be a good stay for family. service was very poor and late. Room is not according to price switch board were not working, bathroom was clean but as soon as you use toilet it stinks. Location is very good no doubt about it. I would recommend there other property for solo.

The stay was restful and satisfactory. The Hotel is near to main Mandir gate. Walkable distance. Rooms were okay to spend one day/night. There was some minor leakages in the washroom. However, it did not affect much due to our short stay. The rooms are affordable if you can bargain a little. However, the stay was cozy & comfortable. Thanks! We'll visit again.

During previous stays, had stayed at Hotel G-Square in Shirdi and this time thought to try something different. Chose this hotel after viewing you tube videos and that was my mistake. Stayed here for 1 night. For 3 adults and 1 child, had booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. But when we moved in, saw that we needed a room with 2 double beds. We paid INR 1100 extra for this bed. The hotel itself is very old. Rooms are tiny. With 2 double beds, there is no area left to walk and/ or to open any suitcases. The bathroom design is poor. The gutter for water out is placed in such a manner that the entire bathroom remains wet all the time. The plus is only location. Some staff is good, some can do multi tasking. They answer you while being completely engrossed on phones. Next time will not stay here.

Excellent location. That's it. Stingy service. At least 500 rs difference between 2 person and 3 person exec ac room. Yet they had issues giving one more tea bag for the third person in the room! Room was adequate otherwise. Food is good, but service is very slow. Try a la carte. Management should focus on providing a good experience. Money will come.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
