Worst experience ever. I have booked saibala grand but they gave me room in saibala budget hotel in which the room started stinking after switching on the exhaust fan. Didn't even want to give a single star for experience.

terrible hotel. Although we had reserved a triple deluxe suite for 3 people, we only had room for 2. Staff at the reception was quite disrespectful. Will not advocate for anyone. Waste of time and money.

Worst place to stay, no value for the money. Rooms are not clean, a/c is not working. Attitude of staff is very rude. Further, seved food from thier own hotel orders something n served something else, caused to stomach upset.

Nice room and well maintained room. Surprise to see central AC in each and every room that too at this cost. They charged 1900 for 24 hrs check-in. Bed spread are so clean and tidy... I personally recommend this hotel for near pammal area....

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
