        There are Pros snd Cons in reviewing this Hotel service. Firstly I wanted to give a great thankyou to Mr Edwin who has been very helpful to us since the day of arrival till our departure day. Secondly Check out timing is a bit early 11:00am.(as per hotel timings) We requested if we can check out at 12:00pm but the staff members would not allow since our flight was in the evening. This is my first time experience and its a bit dissapointed. Hotel rules should be obeyed but when it comes to guest needs the hotel should work on it more. Thirdly We change our complimentary breakfast since we cannot have Oily food in the morning.The staff has agreed to our request which I personally appreciate it. The hotel food is so-so, Chinese food is highly recommended. Food & beverages Services is good, Staff is very friendly and polite.

        I chose this hotel because it is near Chennai Airport. The room was smaller but good and clean. And people were very polite and served with love and care. Food quality was excellent 👍

        Just a good hotel for an overnight transit stay specially someone to take an early morning flight. It takes 7 mn to the airport. Rooms are spacious.

        Cleaning of rooms and room service was excellent.staffs are really nice and supportive. Just for the reader's information who would like to book this hotel, the airport shuttle isn't free and so is the complimentary breakfast as mentioned in their about section. So please have a conversation with the staff before booking any room. I would also like to suggest to provide tea and sugar sachets since a kettle is provided in the rooms.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
