We stayed at this resort for 2 days with family including small kids. I must say it is one of the best resort at this price range. One of the best swimming pool, absolutely humble staff at reception, restaurant or other staff. Food quality was so good that we did not think of eating anywhere else. It's 300 mtr from the Colva beach side, however it is not the exact main Colva beach entry but easy to walk around the beach to reach the main entry. We found neat and clean beach shacks near by, calm place to enjoy with kids and family so this was one of the best place to stay. We found mostly old age foreigners enjoying with their family. More foreigners than Indians.

Stayed at the property during new year. First of all we visited the goa to celebrate my birthday(31st dec) but at the time of hotel check in they ask us to pay extra 4000 per person for new year party which is compulsory. As our booking was non refundable we had no option but to pay. They gave an explanation that they e-mail us earlier for the same but my point is if we had already paid handful of amount to stay at your hotel you rather give us an option to choose. We booked room which was beach facing but view outside the window is just a barren farmland with buffaloes sunbathing. The rooms were pretty clean but there was a drainage problem in the bathroom. We asked them to resolve it but it was of no use. Need to improve your cleaning department they forget to refill the toiletries daily. But the kitchen staff is very helpful and polite. We loved the food it was delicious. Not worth the price. Still waiting for the new year Eve photos other wise I would have posted the picture 😅

The resort has good rooms with decent food and is close to the beach. The staff is quite friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay here. The cleanliness aspect in general needs attention. There could be more food options with focus on better quality and taste.

Extremely disappointed with the service. First of all, there's no dental kit provided for a 4 star resort and they deliver it only after calling multiple times. They don't even clean the rooms even after the room is put for cleaning and also if called/informed. Also, the room welcomed us with a lot of mosquitos. The view outside the window is just a barren farmland with buffaloes sunbathing. There's a lot of scope for improvement especially the service and response. Positively, the premium room has a king bed with clean toilet. Also the breakfast is not that great for a 4 star resort.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
