Best value for the money you spend.I stayed for 3 days and belive me this was the best experience you can get for the amount you pay. The staffs are very nice and service is on point. The interior as well as the ambience of the place is very good. Overall an amazing place to stay

It's a nice hotel with a spacious surrounding. Breakfast is good but there are rooms for improvement. More manpower is needed when the hotel is in its full occupancy. Has a nice terrace and a nice sitting area on the ground floor. My room was a nice one with a beautiful front view. Housekeeping services are good with polite staffs but sometimes they ran out of stock.

I stayed here for 1 night to attend a marriage. Place is newly constructed. It has large and royal reception area. Rooms were provided a couple of hours before check-in time. The empty plot beside property is used for parking. Rooms are really nice, and cozy. All toiletries and amenities are provided. Breakfast was OK. Their staff was a bit rude when we went for lunch in their restaurant.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE!!!!! The hotel staff allowed a party of drunk rowdies in, who created so much noise and disturbance the entire night that no body on our floor was able to sleep. One lady staying in a room on our floor had to come out in the night to request these anti - social elements to let everyone sleep. But to no avail. It was like some government college hostel where gangs create an environment of terror and insecurity. We called the reception so many times but they didn't take any action. None of us were able to sleep for even a single minute. I will advise all families to stay as far away as possible from this place. The hotel was unable to provide us with a sense of basic security. We were so fed up that we left the very next morning without even having their complimentary breakfast. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!

Worst place to stay. Food is terrible can’t expect anything from it. Only positive thing is it’s newly build. Ceiling level is so low don’t raise hand when fan is running average height person will get his hand cut for sure. After asking for medical kit which was not available the solution was given apply haldi. Towels were not provided after check in. Answer was laundry comes at 12 pm then it will be available. Property was open 3 months back and there is a severe problem of leakage which is present almost everywhere.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
