Not Worth the Money: Our recent visit to Sam Sand Dunes was marred by several disappointments. I regret choosing this place for my desert experience in Jaisalmer. The tents were in poor condition and amenities like warm water was not available - given the high prices, we expected much better. The food quality was below average and Every little service like pickup and drop, gypsy rides, desserts sports(camel ride, paragliding, etc) were overprized. Overall, our stay was not worth the money, and I would advise others to explore better options in Jaisalmer.

Going to dessert and doing jeep safari itself feels good. But this place has a lot of people just following you to take their rides or do something so you can pay them. They follow so much that it spoils your experience. They do not let you enjoy. The prices for each of those things that they recommend are very high, so it drains your pocket.

Good location , decorative tents , good food quality, nice folk dances , good camel riding and safari ridings Looking Sun rising in the desert 🏜️ 🏜️ is the best moment and so freshness atmosphere with full of energy Sun set option is also available but you can full with sands A desert safari is a long ride that can include a jeep drive through sand dunes, a camel ride, and a stop at a campsite. A camel ride is usually only a few minutes long Desert safari Length: A desert safari can be a full day, a month, or anything in between Activities: A desert safari can include a jeep ride, camel ride, henna tattoos, belly dancing, and a traditional dinner Cost: The cost of a desert safari depends on the length and facilities Camel ride Length: A camel ride can be a few minutes, a few hours, a day, or longer Activities: A camel ride can include a stop at a campsite in a village Cost: The cost of a camel ride depends on the length and facilities Some tips for riding a camel include: Wearing loose, long-sleeved clothing Wearing light-colored clothing in the summer Wearing trainers Wearing socks to prevent itchiness With long steps in a single line all the camels started to walk as per the guidance of the handlers. All handlers were walking on foot with us. It was a long ride. Initially it was the same terrain as before, but as we went deeper, the view started changing.

The Owner named Dungarsingh Bhati of this amazing property doesn't have the manners to talk & greet their guest. Extremely sorry to say but really just had to walk out of the hotel after hearing him.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
