Located in Vijayanagara just off the Outer ring road. Rooms were clean. But please expect nothing more than that. The staff act like they are doing us a favour even if they have to replace water and coffee cups in the room. Dental kit and water is chargeable and you will get it in about 6 hours from when you asked. There is no food or coffee service the day we went. The room given to us had the smell of cigarettes and they said they cannot change it.

The booked the hotel through Goibibo. But it’s turn out to be horrible for me. I booked with breakfast but they don’t have kitchen. They just put some food just like that on 4th floor with no attendent. Very Unhygienic. Rooms are filthy.Don’t book this hotel if you are coming with the family.

Hotel was very classy, hygiene and very reasonable tariff but thing about the staff I have booked a room at this hotel on 19-11-2023. At the time booking i have called the hotel and requested for early check-in they agreed but the mentioned need pay rs 500 extra I said ok. I have reached around 4am and request the staff(two guys at the reception ) for early check-in but they said rooms not vacant.I said that I already confirmed for early check-in that’s why I came but they said we don’t who told u like that as of now rooms are not vacant. I said ok then I did requested them to allow me to wait at the lobby till rooms are vacant. For that also they didn’t agree and answered very rough manner. At 3am I stood with my family on the road infront of the hotel.after some time searched for some other hotels but I didn’t get that time and went back to Railwaystation waited there upto check-in time. It was the bad experience for me becoz of that two guys.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
