Sana Beach Resort

Location is good and the property is well planned and maintained. However food is average. We took AP meal plan however menu was very basic even in comparison to resorts next door. Of all the items in the buffet, only a few were ok. Quadruple rooms had a single AC which was unable to cool efficiently. Room rent over 12k but room did not have a mini fridge or mini bar. Needs some major planning.

It's always disappointing when a place falls short of expectations, and Sana Beach Resort is the best example of such an instance. Despite many good reviews ( hopefully authentic) It was disheartening that the rooms are overpriced, especially considering the overall experience provided. When guests pay a premium for their accommodations, they rightfully expect a certain level of comfort, amenities, and service. Sana Beach Resort should consider reevaluating their pricing to ensure it aligns with the quality of their offerings. In addition to the pricing, the lack of basic necessities is concerning. A resort should strive to provide guests with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These should include clean towels, electric kettle, free ice and other conveniences that guests typically expect to find in their rooms. The absence of such necessities can significantly impact the overall experience and should be addressed by the management. Another aspect that greatly affected our stay was the poor service and behavior of the staff. A resort's success heavily relies on the professionalism and friendliness of its employees. It's crucial for the staff to be well-trained, attentive, and responsive to guests' needs. Unfortunately, it seems that the staff at Sana Beach Resort fell short in this regard. It's important for the management to invest in their staff's training and development to ensure that they provide prompt and friendly service to guests. Moreover, the below-average food quality and long delivery times are additional disappointments. When staying at a resort, guests often look forward to enjoying delicious meals. However, it seems that the food quality at Sana Beach Resort did not meet your expectations. Furthermore, long delivery times can be frustrating, especially when guests are hungry and eagerly awaiting their meals. The resort should aim to improve the quality and efficiency of their food services to enhance the overall dining experience for their guests. Lastly, the mention of unethical behavior by the staff is deeply concerning. A resort, like any establishment, should have a code of conduct in place for their staff to ensure that guests are treated with respect and integrity at all times. Any form of unprofessional or unethical behavior should never be tolerated. It is essential for the management to address this issue promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. I truly hope that Sana Beach Resort takes these points into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to provide a better experience for their guests in the future. By reevaluating their pricing, ensuring the provision of basic necessities, enhancing staff training and behavior, improving food quality and service efficiency, and maintaining a high standard of ethics, the resort can create a more enjoyable and memorable stay for its guests.
