Rooms are well maintained. Food is worth the price they charge - food quality is good and staff is courteous. Just one advise - please add green mark/ red mark against the veg and non veg items in your buffet spread. Hotel is very well located and just 1 km from Mysore palace. Parking sometimes can be an issue since they have 2 hotels in same complex but the guards managing parking are very helpful.

Nice wide clean room. We were expecting sleepers which were not in rooms. However all other facility like WiFi, TV etc active which were missing in other hotel . Service is good. Food test is good also wide spread. We like that. There is Kaveri Silk Emporium besides hotel. You can provide discount voucher to your customers as additional benefit. Also Shoo will be benefited by this offer. You and shop person can mutually discuss for this option.

We stayed at Sandesh for two days during this Christmas vacation. The room type was a premium suite, exceeding our expectations with a living room, bedroom, two balconies, two bathrooms with bathtubs, two large smart TVs, and a massage chair. We drove from Kochi to Mysore, and the massage chair felt like a thoughtful gift from God. Regarding the food, we typically have only complimentary breakfast from hotels we stay. However, this time, we had the dinner buffet also. The pricing was quite reasonable—half-price for one kid and completely free for the other. The food was delicious, offering a variety of 4-5 chicken, mutton, and fish dishes. Even the breakfast had chicken and mutton options. Our two-day stay at Sandesh left us extremely happy.

Rooms nice, location good, breakfast good. Problem is at restaurant staff, there is check in issue from resort when updating online, I booked room with breakfast for 3 days, staff said breakfast is chargeable, I showed them my booking, later I allowed for breakfast(which I included while booking). Second day also they stopped me which I found disrespectful attitude. I already showed booking day before. I complaint about this to manager but he never said anything. Personal experience not good enough.

The hotel's facilities exceeded my expectations. The well-maintained pool and fitness center added to the overall experience. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
