Neat clean room and bathroom. Spacious too. Food was too good and very large helpings. The staff and proprietor were just a call away. Excellent service. We had a lovely experience and would love to visit again.

Amazing Resort located less than a kilometre from Kihim beach. The resort itself is the absolute best place to relax and rejuvenate. Beautiful rooms, amazing staff and excellent food. The staff especially is so nice and accommodating, they are the one who ensure that you get everything you need or ask for on time. The area around is quite and peaceful, no loud music or traffic noises. You can get an Auto right outside the resort. You can also book taxis or cabs if you want to go to the main Alibaugh market or other beaches.

Rooms need little refurbishment. Walls were very dirty. Food quality and quantity is good. Kihim beach is close by. This resort has gym which is kind of rusted, pool is good, swings and hammocks were in good condition.

Great experience! - Humble, polite & helpful staff. Owner is very nice. - Family friendly Resort where good families come for stay. - Location: 20 mins from Mandwa Jetty & Alibaug city is 25 mins further from the resort. - Kihim Beach is near by (Although not a happening beach) - Games and activities in resort are nice. - Rooms could be better with respect to price point. (Although booked it online, then got to know that it would've been cheaper if I had booked offline.) So do try calling and booking directly & not via online platforms.

Overall fine. Bed sheets and mattress need to be sanitised from bed bugs and insects seems due to dampness and mositure especially for kids and babies its concerning. As its in forest type trees they should get proper pesticide. Sitout area outside room is very nice one can have breakfast and dinner etc. on table outside. Pool is small but clean. Food is great and well cooked. Price of food is reasonable except omelette which is priced on higher side. Wiper should be kept in bathrooms as well. If these 2 to 3 things are taken care of it will become even better

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
