Excellent Stay. Service Apartment is located bit inside a layout with quite surrounding among other apartments. Homely food is available by order given with 2 hours' time. Induction cooker, utensils, water available. We interacted with the owner Ramanna, who is a very nice & helpful person.

We have stayed one day in premium 2BHK and one day in1BHK . It's quite good and spacious. The staff is very helpful. The neighbourhood is very peaceful. There are various options , but I liked premium for short stay. Car parking is available. The tiffin outside of the apt is tasty and reasonable price.

Kindly check the room rent before you book.. Pros: room is neat and clean and close to national highway Neighborhood is quite and calm I booked 1 bhk and we got 1 queen size bed and one single cot Both are very comfy and also clean, we are 2 adults and 2 kids, so it is managable Gyser worked and it provides instant hot 🔥 water Cons: I am not sure about the service.. since Tv not working and no one there to help us. Overall if you want to book a 1bhk flat for less than 1k it's good choice

I had been to Sannidhi service apartments several times, the rooms are comfortable, wherein you would find a compact hall, kitchen and bedroom and restroom. The place was neat and well maintained.

MUST STAY if you are visiting Tirupati. Friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Feels at home !! I have saved this place for all future visits.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
