Location is good... Place is really good... they have ample space, I must say owner has spent a lot of money on resort, we read owner is from Keshod. This message is specially for owner of property - You have constructed very nice resort at superb place, but staff doesn't know how to maintain the same, Plates, forks & spoons are dirty at restaurant. Rooms are not clean at all. It looks like Dharamshala rooms. Just have a surprise visit to your resort and see. Furthermore, if u will really be maintained resort you will get 5 stars from every customer. P.s. Staff is very nice & hardworking but lack of staff & poor service we observed. Thank you so much.

Pros : The food is amazing never disappointed for Breakfast, Lunch I dinner, Raju The Cook. With Amt booked it's worth staying here with Family. Cons Location wise is little disappointed and little far from city. Some coverage issue , Rooms can can be much better maintained. Overall experience will be staying more than 3 days will share

This is the worst resort I have ever been to. They may boast of many amenities but don't think they are as up to the mark as they would like the customers to believe. We were booked here for 2 separate nights on our way to Nagpur and back to Mumbai. 1) the approach road to the resort is quite troublesome. It's not smooth.2) After a long day on the road all you need is a clean washroom,clean bed and decent food. On both occasions even when the rooms were ready for check in, the washrooms were as dirty as a public loo. We had to call the housekeeping to clean them again. The bed was clean. No complaints there. The food quantity is less compared to the rates. 3) On our 2nd night here at the time of check-in they forgot to serve welcome drinks(not that it was offered the first time) and called us to ask if they could send it to our room. They promptly forgot to provide wifi password as well as the qr code for in room dining menu. 4) Overall there is a lack of discipline. There are stickers stuck on walls and washroom doors which they have not bothered to take off akin to the kind you see in dharamshalas. Overall a disappointing experience after reading positive reviews and the photos uploaded. I have waited to write the review after my 2nd stay to give them a benefit of the doubt that they were not prepared to welcome guests as there was a wedding there a day before.

Very nice property peace of mind. Good getaway for the relaxation at the Land of baba. They have shuttle service for Darshan from resort to temple. Ample parking space. Food is delicious. Swimming pool is very clean and clear we enjoyed alot in our trip. Staff is very helpful always ready to give the best services. Roads are good now bit. Near to railway station. Lawn for spending quality time with your kids. Small games room to play with children's play area. Thanks to management and team working there for making our trip 🙌memorable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
