This is my first time visiting Kerala. My friend arranged my stay in this hotel and I couldn’t be happier. The hospitality is amazing. First floor rooms are great and the one towards the beach has an amazing view of the Cherai Beach, even from inside the room. Food is also good, specially breakfasts. Very satisfied with my stay.

The villa is located around 1km away from the main Cherai beach. The villa does provide an amazing sea view and there is a stretched beach in front of the villa. The rooms are clean and specious. They do not provide any food service so you will have to arrange food for your lunch and dinner. The receptionist did give us a number of a local restaurant who can deliver the food at your room. There were only a couple of restaurants nearby. But if you walk to the main Cherai Beach they you will find a few more restaurants and grocery stores to buy soft drinks or chips.

Although location is good in front of sea…calm , manager behaviour is so rude and staff also not trained how to communicate with guests…no helping nature. Only 6 rooms they cannot maintain well .our bedsheet had some ugly marks . after seeing also manager did not change. Actually He is also not trained how to behave with guests in hotel or resort. Means staff should be trained how to behave with guests. Only we like cook lady who make very good breakfast and behave very politely..that day we are only staying as guest but they couldn’t entertain.

The rooms were clean and fairly well maintained, the rooms that we had faced ocean and had nice shared porch outside. (Not sure if the other rooms are as good since it seems like some of them face over poorly maintained yards/allies.) The bed is not very comfortable and the linens are in poor shape, holes in comforter cover. They only gave one old scratchy towel for double room, we had to request 2nd towel and they one they gave us was stained and had holes in it (same thing happened to others in our group in separate room so seems this is standard service for them). They did not bother to refill toilet paper, had to request to get toilet paper (which they did give). They also did not bother to replenish the tea and coffee packs in room, so although they had tea kettle we could not use it for anything and there was no one at the desk in the morning when we tried to get some coffee packs. The restaurant was only open for breakfast (the food was pretty good and staff serving it was nice) despite the internet listing showing that it would be open for dinner. Location is pretty good, depending on what you are looking for - it is walkable to Cherai beach and restaurants. It is on ocean but there is road between the hotel and the ocean and the area in general is not well maintained/landscaped. All in all the room could be nice, but the poor amenities and disregard for basic customer services (ie making sure room is restocked, providing clean and comfortable towels/linens) made this a suboptimal experience. Although the staff making/serving breakfast were friendly and helpful, we did not find the other staff particularly hospitable. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to others.

We enjoyed staying at the property, got the deluxe room with sea view. Clean place, all the basic necessities are covered, linen changed at request as well as cleaning service. Beds are big. It might be a bit humid in the room if not ventilated, but that’s normal being in front of the sea. Will come back if I need to, for sure.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
