This property have good locations but not proper maintain. Wifi not working, AC not working , Cost cutting intense of house keeping , Overall it's not good choice . Avoid

Food, room was excellent. We could not adjust the air conditioning for the temperature we needed. It was always at 21 degrees. So it was very cold. Secondly there was no hot water coming in the tap for bathing.The water was luke warm and the hotel could not do anything about it. So we ended up taking bath in very luke warm water. Management has to look into these two aspects . Otherwise good

Property is situated on Road towards Mussorie, Haridwar and Rishikesh. Rooms are good. Location is good everything is available nearby this property. Service is not good it takes lot of time for them to serve things though food is good. Faced some issues with parking as there is less parking and they don’t even have driver to park cars. Overall I would rate it to be 3 star experience.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
