Our stay was peaceful only because their services were commendable. Their room services were amazing. The restaurant staff unfortunately we couldn't ask their names but the girls and boys who serve us were really polite and tolerable. The head chef was amazing as well he daily visit us at our table and ask our feedback as well. All the staff are professional and polite. I Highly recommend this hotel. We thank all the staff whether it is front desk, resturant, room service, housekeeping, etc we had peaceful stay only because of these people.

Too good experience. Staff is polite and humble, well mannered too. Rooms are good. Cleanliness is maintained. Food is great with reasonable prices as it is a 5 star property. Glad to stay here. Much recommended for families who have kids or older parents.

Rooms are spacious and designed for comfort with practical considerations. It's a veg hotel. Dinner buffet was good with reasonable price at 550/- excluding taxes. However, room services took time to deliver but the preparations were good. 10 minutes drive to Somnath temple.

I had a great stay at Sarover Portico. Thank you very much Deepshika for the warm reception and wonderful hospitality you extended to me during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It is glorified dharamshala with hotel charged. check in and out process not smooth. got room at 2.45 pm despite well planned 1.00 pm. For basic bathroom towels one have to make several request. They add some other room tea coffee bill to your account. overall not very pleasant.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
