Food was ok but had a Very bad experience. Thiefs... Do not hand over your car keys to the security or staff. The security or staff will ask for your vehicle keys saying that they have to move the car inorder for another vehicle to leave. There are high chances any of your valuables kept inside may vanish.. the staff there steal things from your vehicle... After settling the bills we came out and asked for the keys, and the security was missing and the manager said the keys is with the security... He came back after 5 mins and handed over my car keys to another person and pretending to be busy moved away.. it was after leaving from there, we found out that things were missing.

We stopped to have dinner here. Was one of the few places to offer parking. Food was amazing and the staff there were wonderful. We had a 3 year old kid and they were kind enough to take special requests. Food was very well made, not oily or too spicy.

A very good hotel with so many positives. Good parking space, in house restaurant serves both veg & non veg dishes. They also serve north Indian food. The rooms are spacious with clean sheets. Kettle provided with tea packets.

Really bad food, food taste like it's cooked by someone just learning how to cook watching YouTube. Quantity of food is quiet small. Now worth the money. Entire food hall was completely empty. Really bad experience. Highly not recommended. Enter at your own risk

We had veg food at this place, we were returning from ooty and were carving for perfect tamilnadu meals, my friend who leaves in Gudalur suggested this place. The food was awesome delicious 😋 with reasonable price.. the waiters were good

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
