Hotel location is good but the hotel staff was not good and I had very bad experience. Basic amenities were missing and there is no good space for parking. This is worst experience of hotel food and hotel staff management. Never ever go this hotel if you are in nainital and I share my personal bad experiences.

I don’t know how this has 4 start rating. Leave alone the location to rooms are so bad, after repeated requests the linens were spoiled, rooms had seepage problems and was stinky. Please avoid this stay.

Far away from Mall road library, very deep & steeped way. Rooms are good. Hotel service is good.

Upon reaching my room, I was immediately captivated by the impeccable attention to detail. The room exuded an aura of sophistication, with its tasteful décor and luxurious furnishings. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The spaciousness of the room was truly remarkable, allowing for ample room to move around and relax. The plush, comfortable bed was a haven of tranquility, offering a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The linens were of the highest quality, ensuring a blissful slumber.
