During my brief visit to Savoy Suites Noida, I had the opportunity to experience the comfort and ambiance of the rooms, which were undeniably amazing. The accommodations were not only well-designed but also exceptionally well-maintained, providing a sense of luxury and relaxation. The furnishings, amenities, and attention to detail in the room décor truly made the stay memorable. However, as much as I enjoyed the physical aspects of the stay, I couldn't help but feel that the service and the behavior of the staff left something to be desired. Throughout my stay, I had expected a higher level of attentiveness and responsiveness from the staff, especially given the reputation of the establishment. There were instances where I felt the service could have been more prompt and personalized. While the rooms were a highlight and a testament to the quality that Savoy Suites Noida strives to deliver, the service aspect, unfortunately, did not meet the same standard. I believe that elevating the service quality and ensuring a more proactive and engaging approach from the staff would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. Improved training and emphasis on guest satisfaction could bridge this gap and make stays at Savoy Suites Noida truly exceptional, leaving a lasting positive impression on visitors.

Due to some changes in the original plan, we had to stay overnight at NOIDA. We called the hotel to inquire about the room availability and the staff confirmed so. Thus we just walked in, made the payment and got ourselves the room booked. The location is convenient as it is at the walking distance from the metro station. The room was good. The breakfast next morning was great too. The only issue we had faced was the wifi. Despite multiple attempts, we couldn’t connect to it. So they had to send an IT person who helped us connect it on our mobile phones. But later we ran into the same issue for our laptop and had to seem IT person’s help in connecting it. They kept on giving is different passcodes and all. We were already tired after a long day and this wasn’t something we were expecting. As we sat down to watch some movie, it wouldn’t buffer as the wifi speed looked terrible so we just left it. I hope the hotel seriously looks into whatever is going on with their wifi network. This is one of the basic amenities these days.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in around Delhi. The rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous. Prashant and others in the team made my stay here really comfortable while Imran has always been promot with handling my bookings. Will certainly book again for further travels.

I went for the first time and I think it's one of the busiest outlet out there It's a bit crowded so you may expect some noise levels above average Food is fresh and as per standards toy can expect. Coffee was too good 💯 percent score

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
