Very close to temple. Walkable distance. Helps a lot as vehicles not allowed on all roads around temple. Only drops can be made on west gate. But it's main road in city and is small. So vehicles can't stop for more time. Complimentary breakfast is highlight of this hotel. It's really good. In fact for that matter. In general their Restaurant is good. Rooms are clean. Housekeeping is done daily. Hot water is available via geaser.

The hotel's location is very good. This helped me to visit the temple 2 times during my two day trip. I liked the staff and their services. However, the bathroom is like a 1 star hotel (very small and you can't easily go in the bath area from the door and it was making lots of noise too because of the low quality exhaust installed in the bathroom). Food requires more improvement and they need to welcome/treat kids in their restaurants while serving complementary breakfast. I would suggest the owner to educate the serving staff of the restaurant to keep these things in mind as I was very disappointed when I heard that full breakfast is for only adult guests. Maybe they are following the order of the owner only. God bless them.

This hotel is value for money. It is located just 400 m from the west gate of the ramanathaswamy temple. The restaurant here serves good food. However there is no parking available in front of the hotel and you will have to park your vehicle half a kilometre away.

Hotel was nice and offers good value for money. They have their own parking so self drive is possible. It's location is premium and is within walking distance from beach and Rameshwaram Theertham Breakfast menu was very limited and was little let down but room dining had plenty of options that complemented the experience

Decent hotel, but rooms are a tad small. So if u r a fmly or 4 with some luggage, you could find the rooms very tiny and uncomfortable. However, no complains abt the cleanliness. Bed was also decent. Their best part is their restaurant, which serves very good North Indian food, beaides ofcourse pretty good south Indian food, which is on expected lines.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
