During my recent stay, I encountered several issues that I believe need attention. The room had numerous used body wash and moisturizer bottles, the bathroom was clogged, there was no working TV, and parking was difficult. Overall, the level of hospitality fell short of expectations. I hope these concerns can be addressed to enhance customer satisfaction.

The management was a complete mess. There is a major issue with car parking and everyday a brawl with the local villagers. The hotel did not mention major construction activities going on site. Lots of noise and dust because of that. The hotel restaurant is exceptionally bad. Many times, day before s' stale food is served for breakfast. We tried the restaurant for dinner on night and almost everything on the menu was not available and later had to go out and hunt for restaurant outside. There are no good restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel as well. The beach is not walking distance. Not at all recommend. Had a terrible experience.

Situated little on inside lanes of Varca, a little scary in night to reach there, but once you reach there it's a good hotel. Rooms are decent, outside landscaping is good, property looks new, but guess it's 7 years old. Food is a good Only minus point in our start there was the night shift staff employees attitude. Since our flight was delayed and we reach very late, inquired abt fodd , which hotel said kitchen is closed we ordered take away from on d way but when we chkd in hotel refused to give even cutlery to eat. Instructions on reception were not followed. Decent size hotel if you are not looking for lot of facilities.

Minguel the General Manager was very pleasant and ever ready to help. The rooms were well kept and self sufficient. The restaurant was good with tasty dishes by Chef John. Vernon and his team served us well at the restaurant. The occasional rain of September brought in a nice flavor. This place is a nice hide away. Good hide away at a reasonable price

The stay was a nightmare for me and I feel cheated by Agoda platform. I am VIP Gold member for Agoda and they recommended this pathetic resort. What I learnt from this stay is to never use Agoda again for any booking. Thanks

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
