Cons: - Rooms are too small for the price charged, images shown on websites are misleading, - Expected basic amenities are not present like bath robes, napkins and grooming kits - Telephones were not working in two of our four rooms - Too many mosquitoes - Front desk staff is lazy and unwelcoming, and don't know how to actually deal with customers, don't expect any hospitality from them, can't even provide water to arriving guests, let alone a welcome drink. - Restaurant food is okay, but overpriced, don't expect any discounts on food and beverages. Pros: Just the location, which has a great view of the sea Overall: Avoid this hotel, there are much better properties nearby for similar budget offering much better services and hospitality. Also you'll probably find a copy pasted reply by the resort 👇

I stayed there with my family. Very beautiful property. Very well maintained . Lush greenery. Hospitality is remarkable. Best part is staff’s good behaviour. Buffet food is having lots of delicious varieties. Chocolate brownie with ice cream is too good. Dinning staff takes very good care of you while dining. We surly love to be come again. Property has its own path for beach which is also one of the best part of this property.

Property is well maintained and food is good. It would be helpful if staff can be re trained to be more composed and meaningful. Not trying to be harsh with them, some of them (in resturant) appear to be typical idiots at work and act oversmart.

The property was good and also the ambiance, especially the calmness and its closeness to the beach. If you are looking for a calm and quiet place then this is one of the best options to consider, local transportation is a bit of challenge however they have private pickup and drop but at a slightly higher price so would suggest to have your own transport or rent a car. The prices are also not too high, value for money.

Excellent stay. Food, service, location all very good. Best part is the beach which is not crowded even on 31st Dec, ideal for a nice outing. Only thing which could have been better was the size of room. Could have been slight bigger, but remaining postives, cover this..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
