The staff at this hotel are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-maintained, with the perfect view of the sea The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options, specially Modak, and the food quality is best once you taste it you can't prefer outside food. Very safe and secure stay for family

One of the best places to stay if you want to visit alibaug and enjoy a beach view just from your balcony. Stay at this wonderful place in Alibaug for a beachfront view from your balcony, clean and beautiful rooms, and helpful staff. The fresh and hygienic food, a short walk to Nagaon beach, and game options like carrom and chess make it enjoyable. The well-located swimming pool adds to the fun. I had a great time and will visit again. Thanks for the excellent service.

This is new property and very neat and clean. By far better than any other property in its vicinity. Stayed in executive deluxe room which was sea facing. Room was super spacious n was more than enough for family of 4. Hotel is small n cozy with roughly 16 rooms. Our Room was on 3rd floor n there were only 2 rooms on that floor n rest space was cool sit out with couple of wooden zhula n table/chairs arrangement. Gym equipment (just 2-3 set of dumbbells) were also on same floor in same open space. Room has spacious balcony with zhula/chairs n sea facing view. Parking is limited for 4 cars in open space. Road approaching hotel is in good condition. Kid play area is nothing but setup restricted to couple of tables in restaurant area. Swimming pool is small but kinda okiesh for kids. Restaurant has limited menu but decent taste. Rates are ok n food portions per serving was ok for family of 3. Staff is limited but cooperative. Very near to beach n has nearby hotel/general store options. Overall it was good stay n hotel is highly recommended looking at options at hand. Other: Wifi has good signal strength. Food order to be placed atleast an hour in advance. Room service limited and mostly u have to walk downstairs for ur meal.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
