We went on a sudden trip to Kanyakumari and hadn’t planned any stay beforehand and ended up knocking the doors of many hotels and disappointed with the quality of the rooms and services. Finally we were fortunate enough to grab the last room in this hotel with amazing facilities and services. The morning wake up call for the sunrise and their venue was the best in the coast to witness a magnificent sunrise . The in house complimentary breakfast had so many varieties to choose from and the taste was amazing. Overall a happy stay 😍

We took a sea view room.The room was neat and clean.It has restaurant and the food was good. The complimentary breakfast was average. I called the room service in the night 2 times and asked for some toiletries but no one came to give.They said they will but no one came in the evening. As usual they are attending everyone in the morning.

It was a very good experience at Hotel Sea View. The staff was well mannered and the service was top notch. Rooms were clean and posh. Breakfast and dinner was also delicious. Got to taste the pudding for the first time there. Overall it was a great stay.

Worst place ever stayed without proper sleep due to the music around festival and holiday season in Dec and they don't tell about it at all while booking even they know it before itself and just the exterior is good and inside is damn pathetic. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone if they want to sleep peacefully during festival or holiday season especially in Dec. Toilet door was broken, AC was not working. No soundproof glass to windows causing too much loud noise from outside. No hygiene as seen cockroaches also. Basement area for breakfast is more worse and unhygienic. No value for money at all. Not even 1star hotel.

It was an amazing experience. You get to see sunrise directly from your room if you book sea view rooms. Service was great. Rooms were good. Breakfast was amazing. There were so many options in breakfast unlike what we thought breakfast would be like. It’s great place to stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
