Best hotel in Udaipur with amazing facilities. It's very clean and hygienic. Spacious rooms within affordable price. There staff is so helpful and have very calm nature. The Owner's nature is very cool and friendly. When you are in Udaipur, I suggest all do visit this hotel and stay there.

Very clean hotel and big rooms. Easy to find it, only 2km from the centre. Very helpful staff. They help us to book a flight and the transportation by bus to Jodhpur. Quiet hotel during the night. The restaurant offers variety of vegetarian meals, fresh and tasty.

This hotel is amazing! The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are beautiful and clean, and the location is perfect. It's right near the lake, so you have stunning views from your room. The breakfast is also delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Udaipur.

The spacious, well-maintained rooms comfortably accommodated my group of three, providing a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff's exceptional service was a standout, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. Although the breakfast options were a bit limited, the overall experience was not dampened, especially when considering the reliable WiFi and the serene location, which was exactly what I craved for some much-needed peace and quiet. Being able to easily reach tourist spots thanks to running autos was a definite plus, making it convenient to balance sightseeing with relaxation. For anyone seeking a haven of tranquility after busy days of exploring, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

Great rooms, food, service and hospitality. At first we went to nearby hotel which was pretty costly. We checked the room and realised that it is over priced. Then we spotted this hotel and checked the rooms. They were much better then the so called big hotel in front of it. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the stay very much.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
