Overall experience good… service is good… Attended to the concerns when needed.. beach access is so near.. kids enjoyed beach time throughout the stay.. swimming pool is clean .. Food taste is ok.. not so great.. breakfast menu is very simple not worth for Rs.750 per person.. it’s high time they can renovate or rework on their existing rooms .. room seems to be very small not like a villa as mentioned in the site . It’s a resort room.. For both the days some grainy particles continue to fall from the ceiling.. when told they came and moved the cart..

The property is right on the beach and very well maintained. The Christmas and New year vibes were awesome. The staff was courteous and the food was amazing. Although breakfast had limited options it was good for a a beach side stay. The best part was the easy access to soft sand beach, it was quite secluded and clean, you could enjoy a nice swim.

We enjoyed our short stay here . Peaceful and natural away from the crowds . Nice beach and upto it’s word secluded apart from a few fishermen and in vicinity Hospitality was amazing thanks to Mr Nadeem Hassan , who took personal care . Massage is a must do here , got a nice relaxing massage thanks to Akhilesh

Owerrated, overcharged place.., squeezed between fishermens activities on the beach.. Not a walue for the money at all. No warm water in the room, no place to put things, only one small stafy/stinky cupboard in the bathroom.... When finally trying to get some piece on the beach for reading, studying., there are at least 30 crows waiting for you, occupying this place, screaming the whole day, and pooping on your head!

My recent stay at the resort left much to be desired. From the outdated facilities to the unresponsive staff, every aspect of the experience fell short of expectations. The customer service was abysmal, as requests went unanswered, and staff members seemed disinterested. The advertised amenities were either unavailable or in poor condition. Breakfast was too much delayed .Overall, it was a disappointing and frustrating stay, leaving me with a regrettable impression of what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
