Place is different from photos,all walls having patches as i hv attached in photo,way to property around 2 km is very risky as leapord is walking on road and area near 2 km is under construction,property is not worth of money as they have asked,some tv channels are not working,there is nothing to do in property,full of ants in property.dinning table is broken,they don’t have dinning chairs,only one person is working at the property,waiting time for food is around 1 to 1.5 hrs Almirahs are full of cockroaches Spiders freely running in bathrooms

Good property very well maintained..... excellent service great and peaceful view, food is good and freshly prepared on order. Staff is very polite and welcoming. Not so great entry way. Room could have better lights

From the moment we arrived at Seclude Lansdown, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that your stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to assist you with any needs or requests. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a warm and cozy feel to them. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and it provided the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. The restaurant offered a variety of mouth-watering dishes, and the presentation of each dish was exceptional. The food was cooked to perfection and was bursting with flavour. The menu had a great selection of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, and the staff was happy to make adjustments to accommodate dietary restrictions. The support staff was excellent, and they made sure that every detail of your stay was taken care of. They were always available and attentive to your needs, whether it was providing extra towels or arranging for transportation to explore the local area. Their dedication and professionalism were greatly appreciated. Overall, our stay at Seclude Lansdown was a wonderful experience. The hospitality, food, and support staff were all outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. I would like to thank Manoj (manager), Rohit (staff) and Chef for their excellent service.

The place is beautiful and constructed perfectly. I had the best sunrise on the terrace with my wife which was the highlight for me , the only thing that would suggest is to put a better board on the main road from where the way to seclude starts.

Ideal for people looking for a peaceful weekend getaway from Delhi. Its away from the traffic and other disturbances. The rooms are quite spacious and thoughtfully done. The cook provides you with decent food options. Ideal destination for people looking for a relaxing and no agenda trip.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
