Arrived earlier than informed and nevertheless they welcomed us warmly. I loved the location and the way it’s perched on top of a hilly area overlooking the massive mountain ranges is picturesque. The sitting area outside I would say is a highlight. We spent quite some time here, relaxing, meditating, and getting some work done. Overall we had a great stay and appreciate the warmth extended by the staff.

So while booking we asked for bonfire to which they agreed on the number that we booked them but when we reached the hotel and asked the bonfire the staff denied and were rude about it the person sitting on the reception was not helpful. They said that the bonfire has already been booked by other guests and we cannot do another one for you since you haven’t paid for the bonfire while booking the room, when we booked their staff told us that you can pay the hotel directly when you’ll take the bonfire. This is very unprofessional of them and the staff wasn’t helpful about it instead they were rude to us. Terrible experience I would never recommend this property to anyone. #secludesucks

They charge for extra bedding even for 5 year old kids, though the kid will eventually sleep with the parents only on the bed. But the hotel charges for 5 years old kids. probably they need to learn a little bit from big hotels like taj, Oberoi and Marriott (when to charge for extra bed(

We visited Seclude Mussoorie for an intimate wedding celebration and the staff made it so easy and comfortable. The delicious food was timely made and served, the staff was so helpful with all our plans and accomodating of our arrangements. To round it off, the rooms were extremely comfortable and equipped to retire after a heavy night of partying. The view from there was impeccable. Would recommend this for anyone looking to kick back and enjoy without any hassle!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
