Stayed for over 10 days. 0 value for money. The service in this hotel is pathetic to an extent where i stopped expecting any service. Nobody knows anything. Worst customer service. The housekeeping enters rooms without permission, forgets basic cleaning, have to call reception thrice for any request. Lifts don't function. Swimming pool and gym are as good as having none of them. Expect just a 3 star hotel with no customer service. Pathetic experience. Not recommendable.

Had an exceptional stay at Hotel Senses, Kolkata after a last-minute booking. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even accepting an offline booking over the phone for my family and our pug. The room provided was comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant stay. The food was a highlight - every meal was delicious and exceeded our expectations. The overall service and hospitality were top-notch. Highly recommend Hotel Senses for a worry-free and enjoyable stay in Kolkata. They truly understand the meaning of great customer service!

Avoid this hotel as much as you can. The hotel misguides everyone by showing their rooms(Executive Rooms) are 300 sq ft. I did a booking seeing that and to my surprise all their rooms are extremely small and suffocating. They are not even close to 300 Sq feet. On asking this question with the staff and manager, they had no clue to it. I checked in and left the hotel after half an hour. The most pathetic and rude front desk staff I ever came across. The hotel is in a narrow lane where you can't get your cab and vehicle entered properly. DO NOT GO BY PHOTOS AND RATINGS, ITS ALL FAKE AND MANAGED. MINUS 1 STAR TO THIS PATHETIC HOTEL. Hotel Senses management, stop making a fool of people around. Your property goes to my Balck list immediately. Shame on you guys for making money out of making a fool of people.

I had a terrible experience while booking the room itself so I am glad that I didn't chose this place for stay. On the day of booking they changed the tariff of the room and I had to constantly ping them to send me pictures of the room so that I can proceed with the booking. In a service industry a person needs to be humble enough to admit their mistakes and be prompt so that you attract more customers. This was the first time when I had to follow up on the room images whereas everywhere people are more efficient. No wonder I should have read all the service related reviews before contacting them then I would not have to even be slightly dispappointed.

Worst experience. I had done bookings 3 months prior but still had to change room 4 times. They gave me basic room at the cost of premier room. Even after advance booking of 3 months they gave basic room saying unavailability of room and when asked for refund they don't even reply. Home service Staff is too rude. No proper service. No cleaning of room and bathroom. Even room service is so slow that I had to call atleast 5 times for any kind of service required. Bathrooms were so bad that unused products were also not removed. No pillow covers. No towels and other complimentaries provided from advance. Even baby food also not available in this hotel. It's just waste of money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL EVER.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
